Abstract:

To provide an underwear for preventing a hand from being inserted by a dementia patient into a diaper for taking out excrements or because of itching or the like caused by bedsore.

The apron-shaped underwear for preventing the hand from being inserted is obtained by fixing the center part of a gauze-like belt to the nearly center part of a bath towel-like cloth, hanging the both ends of the cloth to right and left from the center so as to form the apron shape so that the lower parts may positioned at each of the centers of the legs and attaching gauze-like belts to the lower ends of the cloth. The apron-shaped underwear is fixed to the patient by binding and fixing the gauze-like belt by winding the belt on the diaper around the body of the patient, and binding and fixing the hung lower parts of the underwear by winding the gauze-like belts attached to the lower ends around both the legs.
