To provide an aqueous adhesive composition with excellent heat resistant creeping property, low temperature adhesiveness and adhesive property while it is one-part type adhesive, wherein the adhesive composition is excellent in adhesive property to an adherend composed of a polyolefin resin material without causing environmental pollution.

The aqueous adhesive composition solves above mentioned problems and is composed of a vinyl acetate resin emulsion prepared by a seed polymerization of a vinyl acetate monomer in the presence of an anion type urethane resin emulsion and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion, or optionally further blended with a dibasic acid ester.
