To provide a cleansing cosmetic which has an excellent removing effect to oil and fat stains such as makeup, further suppresses a sticky feeling and can obtain a refreshing feeling after being washed away.
The cleansing cosmetic includes: (1) nonionic surfactants comprising one or more kinds selected from glyceryl fatty acid ester, diglyceryl fatty acid ester and sorbitan fatty acid ester and having an HLB of 7 to 12; (2) nonionic surfactants comprising one or more kinds selected from polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether fatty acid ester and having an HLB of ≥12; (3) polyalcohol; and (4) water; wherein the mass ratio between the nonionic surfactants (1) and the nonionic surfactants (2) is (10/90) to (60/40), and the content of the water is 65 to 96 mass%.
