To obtain a composition excellent in storage stability and adhesivity to substrates by dispersing or dissolving a tetrazole derivative or a salt thereof in an aqueous dispersion of a silyl group-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer.
This composition is obtained by dispersing or dissolving 0.01-1.00 pts.wt. of a tetrazole derivative of the formula or a salt thereof in 100 pts.wt. of an aqueous dispersion of a (meth)acrylic copolymer comprising (A) a radical polymerizable monomer having hydrolyzable alkoxysilyl groups such as vinylmethoxysilane and (B) a copolymerizable radical polymerizable monomer having a 1-8C alkyl group such as alkyl (meth)acrylate. This aqueous dispersion is obtained by dispersing monomer A, monomer B, a radical polymerizable surfactant and an oil-soluble radical polymerization initiator in water as fine particles, heating the dispersion while stirring and conducting microsuspension polymerisation of the same. In the formula, R is H, a 1-10C alkyl, an aryl or the like; and X is H, an amino group or a mercapto group.
