To obtain an aqueous curable resin composition excellent in disperse stability and curability and a coated material coated with the aqueous curable resin composition, excellent in water resistance, weather resistance and stain resistance and having high practicality.

This aqueous curable resin composition comprises (A) an aqueous material obtained by dispersing or dissolving a copolymer (a) obtained by copolymerizing an amino group-containing vinyl monomer, a carbonyl group- containing vinyl monomer and a fluoroolefin which are essential components with copolymerizable vinyl monomers as other components in the presence or absence of an emulsifying agent and/or a disperse stability into water, (B) a compound having a compound having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule or a compound having both of epoxy group and hydrolyzable silyl group in one molecule and (C) a compound having hydrazino group.
