Abstract:

To provide an aqueous dispersion composition which has excellent adhesion to a resinous molded article or the like and high storage stability.

The aqueous dispersion composition is obtained by dispersing, into an aqueous solvent containing a basic compound, a modified copolymer having a main chain which is a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer containing a polymerization block of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymerization block of a conjugate diene compound, and a side chain containing a carboxylic acid group, a salt thereof or an anhydride thereof, or a carboxylic acid ester group. Preferably, said aqueous dispersion composition is characterized in that said carboxylic acid group, a salt thereof or an anhydride thereof, or a carboxylic acid ester group is introduced into said hydrogenated product of the block copolymer by allowing a polymerizable compound to be graft- copolymerized to the hydrogenated product.
