Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous dispersion of fluororesin suitable for preparing a one-pack aqueous fluororesin coating material having storage stability and normal temperature crosslinkability and capable of giving a coating film excellent in water resistance, stain resistance and weathering resistance.
SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion of fluororesin is an aqueous dispersion obtained by subjecting (a) a fluoroolefin, (b) diacetone acrylamide or diacetone methacrylamide, (c) an unsaturated carboxylic acid expressed by the formula CH2=CH-(CH2)n-COOH [(n) is the number of repeating units and an integer of 6-10] and (d) a hydrocarbon-based monomer other than (b) and (c) to emulsion polymerization, wherein, the proportions of (a), (b), (c) and (d) are 20-60 mol.%, 0.01-10 mol.%, 0.01-5 mol.% and 25-70 mol.%, respectively.
