Abstract:
To provide a new aqueous dispersion which can realize a high solid content and has good adherence to a polyolefin base material and good gasohol resistance even during low-temperature baking.
The aqueous dispersion contains a dispersion of: a carboxy group-containing chlorinated propylene random copolymer having a chlorine content of 5-40 wt.%, a graft amount of an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride of 0.1-20 wt.%, and a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 300,000; and a stabilizer. Its manufacturing method and use are provided.
