Abstract:
To provide: an aqueous dispersion capable of forming a coating with excellent adhesion to metal and excellent wear resistance in addition to excellent polymerization stability during production; a coating agent for metal containing the aqueous dispersion; and a coating.SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion contains a polymer comprising a polyoxyalkylene propenylphenyl ether phosphate salt (A) as a constituent monomer, where the salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts, alkylammonium salts and alkanolamine salts, and where the number of moles of added oxyalkylene in the polyoxyalkylene propenylphenyl ether phosphate salt (A) is less than 10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
