Abstract:
To provide water dispersion excellent in adhesion to metals, and can form a coating film excellent also in wear resistance, a coating agent for metal containing the water dispersion, as well as, a coating film.SOLUTION: The water dispersion according to the present invention comprises a polymer containing, as a constituent monomer, polyoxyalkylene propenylphenyl ether phosphate and/or its salt (A), and can be obtained by synthesizing the polymer using a reactive emulsifying agent (C) (where, the polyoxyalkylene propenylphenyl ether phosphate and/or its salt (A) are excluded).SELECTED DRAWING: None
