Abstract:
To provide an aqueous dispersion capable of forming a coating layer that is excellent in adhesion to various substrates, in solvent resistance, and in wettability when treated with a resin coating liquid or the like.SOLUTION: A aqueous dispersion contains polyurethane resin particles (A), resin particles containing a polyolefin resin containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid component (B), and an aqueous medium primarily composed of water. Relative to the resin particles (A) 100 pts.mass, the content of the resin particles (B) is 0.5-10 pts.mass.
