Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dye polymer ink composition for inkjet printing.SOLUTION: An aqueous dye polymer ink composition for inkjet printing contains a dye polymer dispersion emulsion, a water soluble organic solvent, at least one additive and water, is used for an inkjet application region and can inkjet print necessary pattern on each form fabric material. The dye polymer dispersion emulsion is contained at 2 to 30 wt.%, the water soluble organic solvent is at 15 to 65 wt.% and the additive at 2 wt.% or less in whole aqueous ink composition for inkjet printing, distilled water or deionized water can be used as water and dilutes or disperses the dye polymer dispersion emulsion, the water soluble organic solvent and the additive. The invention has stably property with hardly jamming a jet nozzle, without needs for water washing process which is a long and complex subsequent treatment, can avoid generation of large amount industrial waste water and further waste of power without needs for heat source with high calorie and can make sure miniaturization and popularization of digital fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: None
