To provide a pharmaceutical preparation comprising a large amount of a lipophilic oily substance included in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and having excellent adhesion, cohesiveness and stability and an aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive for the pharmaceutical preparation.
The aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive for the medical percutaneous absorption tape pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by successively laminating (b) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a drug and an aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive and (c) a release film onto the top surface of (a) a support. The aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by emulsifying and dispersing a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic or a methacrylic monomer having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule with one or two or more kinds of monomers of other acrylic or methacrylic monomers without having the acetoacetyl group or copolymerizable vinyl monomers together with a surfactant in an aqueous solvent.
