Abstract:
To provide an aqueous compound having excellent storability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an aqueous compound having a pH value in the range of 7.5 to 10 characterized by comprising (A) at least one kind of organic complex selected from the following (A1) an alkali metal salt of aminopolycarboxylic acid, and (A2) a polymer having at least two of -CH2-N(CH2COOH)-unit per molecule neutralized partially or completely with alkali, (B) at least one salt of the following at least one acid: nitric acid, sulfuric acid, sulfamic acid, methane sulfonic acid, C1 to C2 carboxylic acid, C2 to C4-hydroxy monocarboxylic acid, C2 to C7-dicarboxylic acid and C4 to C6 tricarboxylic acid substituted with no substituent or hydroxyl, (C) at least one compound selected from the following: (C1) phosphoric acid C2 to C10-monoalkyl ester, (C2) C3 to C10-alkynol alkoxylated with 1 to 10 alkoxide groups per one optional hydroxyl group, and (C3) C4 to C10-alkyne diol alkoxylated with 1 to 10 alkoxide groups per one optional hydroxyl group.
