Abstract:

To provide an aqueous resin dispersion that is excellent in various properties such as stability, water resistance and oil resistance, exhibits excellent adhesiveness to both a polyolefin and a material of a different kind and is useful as a coating, an adhesive and the like.

The aqueous resin dispersion comprises a resin particle (D), dispersed in water, which comprises a polymer (C) comprised of a polyolefin (A) and a hydrophilic polymer (B) bonded thereto, where at least a part of the resin particle (D) contains a constituting unit derived from a (meth)acrylic ester.
