Abstract:

To improve the stability of an aqueous solution of ascorbic acid oxidase and an aqueous solution of catalase.

An aqueous solution of ascorbic acid oxidase contains 0.1-1000U/ml of this oxidase and 0.01-100mM of calcium ions or iodine ions; while an aqueous solution of catalase contains 0.5-5000U/ml of this enzyme and 0.001-10mM of a divalent iron complex.
