Abstract:
PURPOSE: To strongly and integrally connect adjacent base blocks by optionally adjusting the interval between the adjacent blocks.
CONSTITUTION: A base block, consisting of a block body 1, connectors 2, and a connecting rod 3, has grooves 4 to be placed with concrete 9 on its side ends. The connector 2 has a foldable U-shaped form, and the connecting rod 3 to connect the adjacent block bodies 1 is inserted into spaces 5 formed when crossing the connectors 2 of the adjacent block bodies 1. When the connectors 2 do not cross with each other due to wide intervals between the adjacent block bodies 1, an intermediate ring 6 is set between the connectors 2 of the adjacent block bodies 1 to form two spaces 5 to be inserted with the rods 3. Moreover, the base block may be made up of a block body 1 having the grooves formed vertically and horizontally, rods 7 projected from the sides, and a sleeve 8 to combine the rods 7 of the adjacent block bodies 1.
