Abstract:
PURPOSE:To calculate in a short time a trigonometrical function with prescribed accuracy with respect to a phase value having prescribed accuracy, by calculating the trigonometrical functions of plural partial phases. CONSTITUTION:A phase dividing part 100 receives the input of the phase value thetacontaining a prescribed digit and divides the value theta into plural partial phase values theta1-thetan containing prescribed partial digits respectively. These divided phase values are transmitted to a trigonometrical function storage part 200. The part 200 delivers the trigonometrical functions ftheta1-fthetan corresponding those values theta1-thetan to send them to a trigonometrical function arithmetic part 300. Then the part 300 synthesizes a trigonometrical function ftheta corresponding to the phase value theta from those functions ftheta1-fthetan.
