To provide an arm hanging implement which can be fastened by oneself without loading a shoulder and is easy to be cleaned so as to solve the problem of a conventional arm hanging implement used to support a handicapped arm such that its use is complicated, improper for a use for a long time and difficult to be cleaned.

The arm hanging implement comprises a wide belt having an extendible part bent and sewed to a cloth an both ends protruded from the cloth and fastened by a hook-and-loop fastener to be brought into contact with the fastener fixed to the belt, and a towel attachable to and detachable from the cloth.
