Abstract:

An engaging projection 13 of the insert member 11 inserted in the arm head 5 is formed in an approximately straight line shape along a straight line L1 radially extending from a center of a connecting hole 12a on an end surface 13a in a circumferential direction (so that both an outer side part and an inner side part are on the radially extending straight line L1).
