The aroma cartridge includes at least a liquid storage tank for storing the perfume and a flow path connected to the liquid storage tank at one end and provided with an opening for discharging the perfume on the other end, and the flow path is provided with a pair of electrodes for moving the perfume from the opening to the liquid storage tank. Further, the cross sectional area of the flow path is equal to or smaller than 1 square millimeter.
