An aromatic amine derivative is represented by formula (1). In the formula (1), R₁ to R₁₀ are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent; and R₂ is represented by formula (2), wherein one of R₃ to R₁₀ is represented by formula (2). In the formula (2), L₁ to L₃ are a single bond, a divalent residue of an aryl group, or the like; Ar₁ is a monovalent substituent having formula (3) as a partial structure; and Ar₂ is an aryl group, a monovalent group having formula (3) as a partial structure, or the like. In the formula (3), X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; and A and B are a 6-membered ring.
