A protective cover is provided, which passes through and holds a wire harness to be stretched from a door inner panel side to a vehicle body side through an in-cabin side from a weather strip on the vehicle body side, and arranges the wire harness to the inner surface side of a vehicle body inner panel over a flange projected from a door opposing surface of a vehicle body. The protective cover is composed of an outer cover member and an inner cover member for holding and passing through a wire group of the wire harness in a parallel wiring manner. The outer cover member is formed of a resin molded product, and the inner cover member is formed of a flexible sheet, or both the inner and outer cover members are formed of a flexible sheet. The protective cover has a locking part for fitting and locking a vehicle body side fore end of a grommet to be exterior-fitted to the wire harness of an intermediate part between the door and the vehicle body, and a flange exterior-fitting part which is bend and extends in the in-cabin direction along the shape of a door opposing surface of the vehicle body panel from the locking part and is covered on an outer surface of the flange.
