Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate, a radiation detector, and a wiring board in each of which corrosion at the circumference of a substrate can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The array substrate comprises: a substrate; a plurality of pieces of first wiring 2c1 extending in a first direction; a plurality of pieces of second wiring 2c2 provided on a surface of the substrate and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; a thin-film transistor 2b2 provided for each of a plurality of regions demarcated by the plurality of pieces of first wiring and the plurality of pieces of second wiring; a protection layer at least covering the plurality of pieces of first wiring and the plurality of pieces of second wiring; and a plurality of connection parts 6 provided at least any one of on the protection layer, between the plurality of pieces of first wiring and the substrate, and between the plurality of pieces of second wiring and the substrate, electrically connected with each of the plurality of pieces of first wiring and the plurality of pieces of second wiring, and containing a conductive material having a higher corrosion resistivity than that of a material for the plurality of pieces of first wiring and the plurality of pieces of second wiring.
