PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a user of a mobile body which moves on a fixed route to know a prediction time in which the mobile body reaches a designating point.
SOLUTION: A terminal station includes a transmission means of a point specific information which transmits the point specific information estimating an arrival time to a base station, an estimated arrival time information receiving means which receives information on a predicted arrival time transmitted from the base station, and an estimated arrival time delivering means delivering the predicted arrival time to a user. The base station includes a vehicle position recognition means which recognizes the vehicle position from a received vehicle information and records that position information with the time, a point specific information receiving means which receives a transmitted point specific information, an arrival time prediction means which predicts the arrival time when the vehicle reaches the specific position, and a transmission means of a predicted arrival time information which transmits the predicted arrival time information to the terminal station.
