Abstract:
To provide an article alignment conveyance apparatus capable of further efficiently aligning a long article.SOLUTION: A pair of rotary rollers 18 are arranged to be inclined in parallel so that a conveyance direction upstream side becomes higher. A pair of guide plates 22A, 22B are arranged so that they face each other above the rotary rollers 18 along the rotary rollers 18 and an upper interval is wider than a lower interval. A long article M with an engagement part Me is thrown between the guide plates 22A, 22B, is aligned by being suspended from between the rotary rollers 18, and is conveyed by being slid on the rotary roller 18. First to third push-back devices 28, 30, 32 are provided for pushing back a long article M not properly aligned between the rotary rollers 18 to the upstream side. The first push-back device 28 pushes back a long article M on the guide plate 22A, the second push-back device 30 pushes back a long article M on the guide plate 22B, and the third push-back device 32 pushes back a long article M positioned above the rotary roller 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
