CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of a conveyor 3 intermittently transferring containers 2, a conveyor 5 intermittently transferring long articles 4 along the conveyor 3, a slider supporting the articles 4 on the conveyor 5, a flap opener 20 of the containers 2 equipped in the slider, devices 31, 53 moving forward little by little the articles 4 at the stop position of the conveyor 5, a charger 70 inserting the articles 4 into the container 2, and slider returning devices 80, 68.
