To solve such problems of a conventional system that an individual information tag is difficult to read when radio waves are blocked by a metal, a plurality of individual information tags exist in a scope of reading of one antenna, and an individual information tag is deviated from a scope of reading of antenna and this system is expensive and is not suitable for the charge of an inexpensive article because an electronic transponding card and an IC card as the individual information tag and the antenna reading its signal are mostly used when articles are individually recognized and the charge of carrying-in and -out of warehouse is taken in the conventional article charge system.
Carrying-in and -out of warehouse can be taken secure charge of without being affected by a metal and relying on a material of an article by assembling a tally tag as the individual information tag specifying itself and a switch recognizing it in a shelf and bringing it into contact with an article physically to read individual information. Moreover, this system can be constituted even for the charge of an inexpensive article because an electronic recognition tag is not used.
