Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively contain the precursor of short fiber in a container without tangles by controlling the falling position of article by blowing air from one position around the article continuously falling from an upper portion to a lower container. SOLUTION: An air blowing device is provided with air nozzles 5 on a slide type rail 6 in a range of 180 deg. around an unoriented toes 8 continuously falling down from an upper portion to a lower portion, and two air hoses are connected to the air nozzles 5. 19 scale marks are engraved on the half-circle periphery of this rail at interval of 30 mm, for example, and fixed quantity of the air from the nozzle is blown to the unoriented toe 8 from one or two direction. An article falling position is adjusted by changing the quantity of air blown from the nozzles. When air with pressure up to 0.6 kg/cm<2> is blown to the unoriented toe falling from a gear wheel 3, the unoriented toe 8 whose falling position is adjusted can be housed in a container 9 from the upper position through a duct 7 without trouble such as tangle and scar and protruding from the container.
