A rotating mechanism 34 rotates the inner hollow shaft and the center shaft to align the center of each of articles different by diameters, which is grasped by the grasping means, with the rotation center of the outer hollow shaft and rotates the outer hollow shaft to rotate the article grasped by the grasping means while aligning the center of the article with the rotation center of the outer hollow shaft.
