Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article processing device capable of saving a space.SOLUTION: An article processing device comprises: a linear carrying part 40 which has a circulating path and carries a plurality of containers 100 received by a feeding/discharging region 41 as a unit of a group partitioned for each three pieces previously determined and further carries the containers 100, whose film formation processing is finished, to the feeding/discharging region 41; a processing part 60 having three pieces of a first film formation unit 61 to a third film formation unit 63 which have film formation chambers 64-66, respectively, corresponding to three pieces constituting a group and further perform film formation; and a second transfer part 50 which supplies the container 100 to be processed from the circulating path to the processing part 60 and discharges the container 100 whose film formation processing is finished from the processing part 60 to the circulating path. The linear carrying part 40 carries the container 100 through the circulating path while changing the interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
