PURPOSE: To send out an article situated in a deep part to hand and prevent the trouble to the waste by providing a sliding member and a plurality of constant load springs on a mounting member, and successively pushing out heavy matters by an article pushing part by the constant load springs.

CONSTITUTION: In an article pushing device, display goods are placed on an article placing part 10. When a large quantity of the goods are placed, an article pushing part 5 is pushed backward, constant load springs 3 are successively extended to extend the space of the article placing part 10, and the display goods are placed thereon. Although the articles on the article placing part 10 are apt to be regularly pushed forward, they are locked by a stopper 11. When the article is manually taken out, the remaining articles are pushed forward, and again stopped by the stopper 11. The constant load springs 3 are successively contracted, and reduced in number stepwise to weaken the force for pushing the article pushing part 5. The stopper 11 is rotated by 90° and passed through a hole 12 formed on the article pushing part 5, whereby the article pushing part 5 can be separated from a mounting member 1.
