Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve processing ability of an article straightening device by using a processing head provided with a plurality of vacuum pads.
CONSTITUTION: A processing head 16 for holding a vessel 2 straightened is provided in an article straightening device 4, and in this processing head 16, its action is controlled by a control unit 8. Four vacuum pads 22 are provided in the processing head 16, and in the control unit 8, in the case of holding the vessels 2 successively by each vacuum pad 22, a position of the processing head 16 is controlled so that each vessel can be held in an equal direction. In this way, when the vessel 2 is held to each vacuum pad 22 of the processing head 16, each vessel 2 is straightened toward the same direction at this time.
