PURPOSE: To easily take an article out by providing an article receiving plate which can move up and down in an article taking-out chamber, lowering the article receiving plate with the weight of an article discharged through a chute, and returning it to its original position after the article is taken away.

CONSTITUTION: The article 10 which is discharged through the chute 5 pushes and opens a discharge door 7 and is discharged to the article taking-out opening 8a. The article 10 is put on the article receiving plate 11 to compress a spring 12 with its weight, and the article receiving plate 11 moves down. Then when a 2nd article 10 is discharged to the article taking-out chamber 8a, it is put on the article which is already discharged to compress the spring 12, so that the article receiving plate 11 is pushed down. Consequently, the 2nd article 10 is at a position of such height nearby the lower edge of the article taking-out opening 8 that the article can easily be taken out. After the 2nd article 10 is taken away, the article receiving plate 11 is pushed up with the restoration force of the spring 12 and the 1st article 10 is carried to a position of such height nearby the lower edge of the article taking-out opening 8 that the article 10 can easily be taken out.
