To provide an article with an IC chip, in which the resistance of a looped conductor for impedance matching can be reduced, and a manufacturing method of the article with the IC chip.SOLUTION: An article with an IC chip 30 comprises: a first substrate 41; an antenna 42 on the first substrate 41; a looped conductor 20 connected to or capacitively coupled to the antenna 42; and an IC chip 12 connected to or capacitively coupled to the looped conductor 20.
