Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a fluorine coating film having satisfactory adhesive properties with a base without pinhole and excellent water and oil repellence of a surface, and to improve performance of an equipment necessary for heat resistant, weather resistant, wear resistant coating with excellent water and oil repellence of a building, electric apparatus, vehicle or industrial equipment.
SOLUTION: This article is obtained by treating a surface of a base 1 with composition containing a mixture of perfluoroalkyl with silane 3 completely hydrolyzable with alkylsilane and forming the base 1 with a non-wettable surface 4 having water repellence and oil repellence on the base selected from a group consisting of glass, ceramics, metal, plastic and inorganic film.
