Abstract:
To downsize an arm supporting a working shaft.
A rotation driving motor 64 is provided on a second arm 3 having a working shaft 4. Through holes 75 to 77 penetrating the motor 64 in an axial direction are formed on a shaft center portion of the rotation driving motor 64. The working shaft 4 is inserted in the through holes so as to move in parallel.
