Title:
ARTIFICIAL GROUND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2632795
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the construction work of artificial ground by inserting a support pile into a basic part pontoon insertion hole to drive it in, lifting a basic part pontoon to fix it on the support pile, and laying a slab pontoon between the adjacent basic part pontoons.
CONSTITUTION: A basic part pontoon 10 and a slab pontoon 12 are manufactured in advance at a factory, and the basic part pontoon 10 is first moored at a predetermined position on the surface of the water where a pier structure is installed when the pier structure is constructed. Next, a support pile 16 made of steel pipe which is hoisted is driven by a pile driving device through an insertion hole 14 of the basic part pontoon 10. Then, the basic part pontoon 10 is lifted by using the support pile 16 as reaction force receiver and fixed on a head part 16a of the support pile. After that, a receive beam member 18 is arranged. A slab pontoon 12 in which a hanger section made of steel material is provided is towed to both ends of a slab main body made of concrete which is formed as a floating structure. The slab pontoon 12 is laid between the adjacent basic part pontoons 10 and 10 and fixed. Consequently, it is possible to facilitate the construction work and reduce the cost of construction.
