PURPOSE: To provide the ornamental characteristic on a par with the ornamental characteristic of the conventional ornaments by producing the ornaments having the area smaller than the area of a stone plate without the need for forming dents on the surface of the stone plate.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of the stone plate 1 is provided with a powder resin film layer 2 consisting of a mixture composed of stone powder and a resin and the surface of the powder resin film layer 2 is provided with a transparent resin layer 3 consisting of a transparent resin. A photograph print 4 is interposed between the powder resin film layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 3. The photograph print 4 is sealed within the powder resin film layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 3, by which the stone plate 1, the powder resin film layer 2, the photograph print 4 and the transparent resin layer 3 are integrated.
