Abstract:

Organic sulfoxides of formula having a latent allyl group bound to the sulfur, are enzyme inhibitors of the suicide or Kcat type. They can be prepared by oxidation of the corresponding thio compounds followed by deesterification. Their pharmaceutical compositions are also a part of the invention.
