To design an aseismatic moving wall hanging structure so that noises are not generated when a moving wall main body is moved and in an earthquake and so that the moving wall main body can always be hung in a vertical position.
A first hanging member and a second hanging member 4 having an external thread portion 17 at its bottom are hung from an upper sash pulley. The lower end of the first hanging member is secured near one longitudinal end at the upper end of a moving wall main body 1 and a shaft member 6 having an external thread portion at its top is pivotally attached near the other end in such a way as to rotate freely about a vertical axis L. A rotating member 7 having a first tapped hole 12 and a second tapped hole 13 provided near and parallel to the first tapped hole 12 allows the external thread portion 14 of the shaft member 6 to be threaded into its first tapped hole 12. The external thread portion 17 at the lower end of the second hanging member 4 is threaded into the second tapped hole 13 in the rotating member 7. An axis M of the second hanging member 4 is off centered from the vertical axis L by size of a predetermined eccentricity .
