Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic filling machine and an aseptic filling method capable of restricting an initial investment with a compact facility and of reducing a running cost by simplification of steps and of performing simultaneously formation and filling with reliable sterility.SOLUTION: In an aseptic filling machine having a sterilization part 6 for sterilizing a preform 1, a heating part 14 for heating the sterilized preform, a formation filling part 21 for performing formation and filling of the content to a bottle 2 simultaneously by filling the content sterilized with high pressure in the heated preform and a sealing part 26 for sealing a bottle filled with the content, prior to the aseptic filling machine operation each part is sterilized and during the aseptic filling machine operation, an aseptic air is supplied to each part to maintain the sterility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
