To provide an aseptic filling machine for a BIB inner bag which has a high aseptic guarantee level and which has excellent productivity, and to provide an aseptic filling method.SOLUTION: An aseptic filling method of an inner bag 1 for bag-in-box which comprises a spout 4 and a cap 5 attached on an upper plastic film for the inner bag 1 for bag-in-box and whose inside is sterilized in advance includes: a conveying step of conveying the inner bag 1 for bag-in-box in a chamber 7 for supplying aseptic air; an aqua gas blowing step of blowing an aqua gas against the spout 4 and the cap 5 mounted on the inner bag 1 for bag-in-box to be conveyed; and a filling step of detaching the cap 5 from the spout 4, filling the content from the spout 4 and mounting the cap 5 onto the spout 4. In the aqua gas blowing step, the spout 4 is conveyed while retaining a distance between spouts which is shorter than the inter-spout distance between the spout 4 and the spout 4 in a state in which a continuous bag is stretched in which a plurality of inner bags 1 for bag-in-box is connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
