Abstract:
To provide a simple aseptic filling mechanism at a low cost.SOLUTION: A aseptic filling mechanism comprises: a filling trunk body 10 in which both sides are open, the inside is hollow, and a supply-pipe 11 for supplying vapor or a content to the internal hollow is integrally provided; a cylindrical clamp 20 fixed at one end portion of the filling trunk body in a freely attachable/detachable manner and provided with an engagement part for gripping a BIB inner bag outer plug 4 at a peripheral edge of the end portion; an uncap/shaft advancing/retracting mechanism 30 provided with an uncap/shaft inserted into the filling trunk part in an advancing/retracting manner, and fixed to the other end portion of the filling trunk body in a freely attachable/detachable manner; an air cylinder device 40 placed to be separated at a predetermined interval from the cylindrical clamp 20 and provided with a piston rod 41 advancing/retracting with respect to the cylindrical clamp and a capper head engaged with a BIB inner bag inner plug 5 at a tip of the piston rod 41; and a fixing frame 55 both parts of which are fixed to the filling trunk body and the air cylinder device, for arranging the air cylinder device 40 with the filling trunk body, the cylindrical clamp, and the shaft advancing/retracting mechanism on one straight line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
