PURPOSE: To obtain an aseptic batcher of continuous operation easily capable of preliminary sterilization by providing a batcher of a sealed type in a shell in an aseptic condition with a rotating tank integrated with a pump and a head and making the space to be the sealed or pressurized one even in the process in which the discharged product reaches the final container.
CONSTITUTION: A batcher is contained within a shell 1, and a rotating tank 2 fixed with a positive-displacement pump and a filler head 4 is provided. Then, the product produced in the tank 2 is aspirated by the pump 3 and is introduced into a final container 5; in the batcher, the internal space comprosing all of the zones of the batcher crossed by the product is sealed with respect to the surrounding environment and is defined by walls aimed at withstanding a predetermined high pressure. In this way, a bactericidal fluid, i.e., high temp. steam is introduced into the internal space, and preliminary sterilization can be executed.
