Abstract:
To provide an ask-back generation system that makes it possible to ask back to a user by selecting missing information, in a system that interacts with the user.SOLUTION: An ask-back generation system 101 includes: an input device 102 that receives input of a question sentence; sentence analysis 108 that generates a case frame describing a declinable word and a case related to the declinable word in the question sentence, for each declinable word included in the question sentence; search 109 that performs the search while using, as a comparison target case frame, a case frame of a planned question sentence in a planned question and an answer being a pair of the planned question sentence and a planned answer sentence and using, as a matching case frame, a comparison target case frame including contents matching the case frame, among the comparison target case frames; difference detection tally 110 that detects a difference between the matching case frame and the case frame and totals the number of appearances or an appearance probability in the matching case frame for each difference; and ask-back selection 112 that generates ask-back for the question sentence based on an important difference in which the number of appearances or the appearance probability is equal to or greater than a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
