To provide an assembled electrode with easy working and high dimensional accuracy.
An assembled electrode 1 has a base material 2 having a plurality of recesses and projectings (a recess 3 and a projection 4), an insulating film formed on the surface of the recesses and projections 3, 4, and a conductive film 6 formed on the insulating film on the surface of the projection, and a plurality of conductive films 6 each insulated form electrodes. Each electrode of the assembled electrode 1 is formed on the surface of the projection 4 formed in the base material 2, and the conductive film 6 formed on the surface of the projection constitutes one electrode. The insulation between the adjacent electrodes is made with the insulation film formed on the surface of the recess 3 between the projections 4 on which the electrode is formed. By the structure not requiring the assembly of a plurality of electrodes, working is made easy, and high dimensional accuracy can be obtained.
