PURPOSE: To form an assembled wire body having a high mechanical strength by longitudinally providing a tension member made of fiber having a diameter at a specified value or less and a certain breaking strength or more on an assembled body composed of a plurality of enamel strands having a conductor diameter of specified value or less.
CONSTITUTION: A conductor 1 is composed of a plurality of enamel strands having a diameter of 50μm or less, and on the conductor 1 an insulating layer made of polyvinyl formal or the like is coated and baked, so that an enamel strand 3 is formed. The strands 3 are assembled in parallel to form an assembled body 4, and on the body 4 a tension member 5 is provided longitudinally. As the tension member 5, Aramid fiber having the diameter of 50μm or less and breaking strength of 6g/d or more is used. It is thus possible to have an assembled insulated wire body which has a high mechanical strength such as breaking force, and of which conductor does not elongate or break even if it is subjected to outer mechanical force such as tension, bending, twisting and the like.
