CONSTITUTION: One of a plurality of top plate components 104 placed on a tray 302 is retained and taken out, and the taken-out top plate component 104 is carried to a temporary positioning station 304, and then the gripping of the top plate component 104 is released and the component is placed on the temporary positioning station 304. The top plate component 104 is positioned on the given position at the temporary positioning station 304, and the positioned top plate component 104 is retained and taken out, and the taken-out top plate component 104 is carried to a heater board, and then the gripping of the top plate component 104 is released and the component is placed on the heater board.
