PURPOSE: To reduce an assembling time and also to eliminate the cause of rattle by using an adhesives of visual light curing type in a speaker using a diaphragm of peripheral drive type.

CONSTITUTION: After an outer peripheral part of a ring form edge member 2 provided at the outer peripheral of a diaphragm 1 is placed while inserting a visual light curing adhesives 10 on a support frame 6a in the assembling, a transparent retaining ring 11 is placed on the outer peripheral part of the ring edge member 2 inserted with the visual light curing type adhesives 10. After the placing position of the edge member 2 is adjusted to eliminate rattle by inputting a test signal to a voice coil 3 next, the visual light is irradiated to the visual light curing adhesives through the transparent retaining ring 11. Since almost no volume change is attended at curing for the visual light curing adhesives, the positioning is attained more accurately. Since the time required for curing of the light curing type adhesives is very short in comparison with that of a solvent type adhesives, the length of the assembling line is decreased and since no gas is generated at the curing, the handling is attained easily.
